Update on my ITC

I had two credit cards with standard Bank of which they both have been settled for a while now but my experian still shows that they are overdue and when I app**** for vehicle finance standard bank still decline me due to experian update but to my surprise they approved my loan and overdraft and every time I call the bank someone is sending something somewhere for my profile to be updated but until now it is not updated and unfortunately I'm about to loose the second car because of this cause the dealer can't wait for me and even credit department is not willing to look at my application....this is very inconvenient
