update my record
I paid off my credit card after mbd calls then they sent me a paid up letter and say my record will be updated by standard bank, that was in June and we now in November however my record still says i owe standard bank why because i paid off the credit card?? when i call mbd they refer me to standard bank and gave me a number ********** 245 which no one ever picks up on this number.. can you please urgently update my record on transunion as its not fair that it's almost 6 months now having paid the account.
