Update My Loan Acc Payment History

Good day,

Just a quick concern.. I have my loan account ***4 on the 26th Aug 2019, and it is still not updated on the bureau.

This is the 2nd time I am raising this concern.. As I am a standard bank acc holder, and the loan is from standard bank, I don't see why the delay?

Please guide me on this, as its impact my credit score..

Good day,

I am still not happy with the feedback, as my account is still not updated on my credit bureau profile @ Transunion, etc.

Please update accordingly, as its impacting my credit score.

Payment was done the 26th of Aug 2019, and still not updated.

Please assist urgently.

Good day,

Once again I paid my account on the 26th Aug 2019...its now 26 Sept 2019, and its still not updated??? What is going on here?? My credit score is impacted..

Please address this matter urgent, and for future references, it should updated timeously..

As a customer this problem is persistent, and is wasting my time, effort and money.

Please please prompt response on this matter.
