Update credit profile
I wrote a previous review regarding the fact that i have paid off my loan with standard bank in full on 04.01.19 i had to fight just to get a paid up letter. Now ever since then my credit profile has not been updated. At Transunion it show that the account was written off. I paid R27937 in January for a reason. Now get told to ask their admin department to update my details.
This stupid; joke of a bank is keeping me behind as there is thing i have to do.
Does a person have to come here every time to get attention from your pathetic bank. ********** 136088
