update credit bereau

Taking too long to update credit bureau since the account was paid in October 2014,i am tired of calling standard bank everyday wasting my money speaking to consultants who are making empty promises.if other banks can update in one day why can't they do same,i can't believe standard bank is struggling to update my credit bureau whilst they have given me a paid up letter,can people please do their jobs
