Up to ****!!!
First of all they locked my account without any notification... Then after looking like an idiot at Budget car rental for my card declining due to the lock and spending 40mins on the phone with them it still declines, they told me to try again and the transaction was approved then 5mins after I left Budget car rental the transaction went through again. Now I have been waiting for 5days for the money to be returned to my account..... Everytime ypu phone its a different story.....
