Unworthy of our hard earned money

I am appalled at the service (or lack thereof) I have received from Standard Bank. I have exhausted all means in an attempt to reason with this institution. They call themselves \the largest African bank"( according to which criteria?) and pride themselves on having implemented diversified sets of communication methods. What good are these methods if this \""largest bank\"" can't even prove as simple a thing as my having had an account with them? I even took some time off (I'm currently studying in Germany) to go to their Johannesburg ( main) branch to request this Information"
