Unwillingness to assist with the forgotten pin for instant money

Standard bank has been really unfair i forgot the pin for my instant money which was sent September 2018 and i called them for assistance but they were not willing to assist and the instant money is expiring soon I'm finding this very unfair . I've been using my number for more than 5 years and i had an account with same number with them but why can't i be assisted
