Untrained staff
The so called consultants at Standard Bank Alberton, do not even know what a Power of Attorney is. Yesterday I was told that they do not accept POA's. Please tell your staff, that if they don't know, please ask someone that does.<br> <br> Today they phone to tell me that they now will accept a POA. ***.
