Unsuitable service

I am trying to get an IT 3(b) tax certificate to accompany my tax return. I contacted the bank regarding this. They have handled the matter, sent it to the wrong email address when they have the correct one. When logging on to the internet and going into the account it still says there are no available certificates. Therefore, I am still unable to get a printout of the certficate.
