UNSPECIFIED CHARGES

Standard bank deducted 120 as a honoring fee from my account. this has never happened before, when I called they said it is because of a returned debit order, I have never had a returned debit order, it is the bank itself that take out late swipes from our accounts and then still want to charge us. this is the most unhelpful bank ever. then we call the call center and wait hours for a response and when they do answer they drop the call on u.<br> when I called the call center they said I swiped for more than I had in my account, how is that even possible or legal. then she said to me the no one will reverse the money for me. this is *****ing from their customers now.
