Unspeakable bad service

Unbelievable service. Urg man, so bad it's unbelievable. I laid a complaint and still nobody called. I called myself, there is no option for student loans. I speak to someone in the credit card department to transfer me she put me back into the loop and had to go through the options again. Line cut while holding. Unbelievably ridiculous. Still have no clue what my outstanding balance is.
