Unsolicited Phonecalls

<p>I received a phonecall from one of your call centre agents offering me some or the other protection plan for my credit card. Now first off these phonecalls annoy the hell out of me as I did not ask for one of your agents to call me. Secondly I informed her I am at work and cannot be receiving this call now to which she asked when would be an appropriate time to call back and my reply was after six in the evenings as I then only get off work. She then proceeded to tell me she could only speak to me between 8 and 4. Now I am very sorry but this is my working time and I do not like to feel like I am *****ing time from my employer to deal with ****py sales pitches. As she has her job to do I have mine. She asked if she had angered me and I rep**** that I do not appreciate unsolicited calls during my working day. To which she rapidly hung up. I don't know how you train your call centre agents but I do heed you guys to at least require them to have the minimal amount of manners required to work with people. She was rude arrogant and forceful and where I come from my no is my no if I tell you I am not interested please take note that you will not be able to change it. And her attitude definitely didn't do your bank any favours in my eyes. Unsolicited phonecalls are exactly that unsolicited!!!!!! If I wanted the product on offer I would go to my nearest branch as I am not that directionless that I do not know where to find my nearest Bank....</p>
