Unsatisfied Std Bank Customer

I sent an email to Tusokwakhe Langa with private documentaion on<br> 28/09/2015<br> I tried contacting Tuso to follow up if he has received the documentas but I was told he is in \Back Office"and is unable to get calls An email was sent to Tuso this morning which I received a read receipt that my email was read Yet still I have not been contacted Now all I request is some type of communication to advise that my documents have been received I think its so ********* for STD bank just to advise their clients they received the documents and assure the clients that they are trying they best to assist them in sorting the matter out <br> Std Bank does not share thwe same concerns as I <br> I was suppose have been given feedback on 08/10/2015 regarding this query and yet its the 13/10/2015<br> Contacted the bank on 12/10/2015 and all they could advise me"
