UNRESOLVED QUERY SINCE 25 AUGUST!!! Pathetic

After 5 months, I have not received any feedback from Standard Bank. I have sent numerous emails to Bongani, Nelly, Zeenath yet not one of these 3 people took any effort to respond to my emails or call. I submitted my fica documents after the threatened to freeze my account and now that I submitted the documents, they did not update my details. I still receive statements in my ****en name. I am not sure how to resolve this as I am not getting any help from anyone. I refuse to accept that I must run around like an headless chicken when they want documents yet they fail to actually do their jobs. Not On Standard Bank. Give us value for our bank fees!
