Unresolved ***** case

On the 25th of April, my entire salary was ****** from my account on pay day. I tried to contacting you call centre, I held on the line for 2 hours without an answer, I emailed ***** follow up, no response was received from you. As I speak money was returned in my account on the 5th of May without an communication of the resolution. Today when I tried to transact my account is sitting on -31000, yet I have to active overdraft on my account. I have wasted time running to the bank, loosing potential additional income today. How am I suppose to live when my money keeps disappearing from my account without any kind of any kind of explanation.

When I tried contacting ***** department this morning, your employee was rude and unhelpful, I'm happy to offer the exact time if call, so you can listen, to how I was spoken to. I need you to please fix, I can bear any further financial and emotional suffering, any longer than it has already happened.
