Unresolved complaint and debit orders still active

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had my vehicle financed by MFC and in July 2016 i requested re-finance from Standard Bank.Things went well. i added four policies(touch up, top up, warranty and credit life). On the 15th August, i realised that the premiums for the policies are too high compared to those that i already have and requested that they be cancelled. i received an email confirming that they will get them cancelled. however, when the first debit order went though, it included the premiums for the policies. during September i queried again but the debit order for Sepember included premium for warranty. In Otcober I queried again but the debit order still included the premium for waranty. I logged a complaint (ref ********** 238) and still nothing came out. Debit order for August is R3514.88 instead of R2928.55 (R586.33 to be refunded), September is R3227.55 (R299 to be refunded), October is R3227.55 (R299 to be refunded). The total to be refunded is R1184.33. i send some emails to the complaints telling them that I they are giving me no option but to look for assistance from Hello Peter and still nothing. </p>
