Unreliable services and poor communication with no customer care at Standard Bank Insurance Brokers

I am very unhappy with the service i have received from standard bank insurance , for a vehicle i have insured with them, i have been sending emails with no response , after 2 months still vehicle not fixed and they not owning up to their negligence in the whole process of the claim. numerous times i have emailed them and they just don't bother. whilst they still deducting my premiums and are not done with my car. they are liable for the rental vehicle but they deferring cost to me due to their negligence.
