Unreliable bank you can never trust

Last week a bought a lottery ticket through my Standard Bank App and the sms never came through, last night I bought two separate vouchers for electricity and the one sms came through and now I never got my second sms but you deducted money from my account.

You are proving to me that you are an unreliable bank and your number 086 is expensive to call. I'm going to be changing and looking for another bank because we always have issues.

I want my electricity voucher and someone must call me and explain to be what kind of useless service you serve to people who have been with you for more than 10 years.
