Unreliable and inefficient service

I opened a business account with Standard Bank Tyger Manor. I ordered a cheque card. Almost 2 weeks down the line the card was not delivered. I decided to visit the branch and was told the card was not ordered. Tried to get help from the bank but half the time staff at the Tyger manor branch seem to be ********.
