Unreliable

On monday 21 september i did online personal loan application the same the lady phoned me to finalize application and i was approved and said i must expect money into my account within 24hrs to48hrs up until today thursday they never transfer money when i phone call centre the agent says my application was declined i must call tomorrow as sales team are not working.im standard bank client since 2001 all my savings and investment are with them but they are treating me like a dog,it is really unfair as they have wasted my time.you cant apply a loan gor pleasure they dont value us as their client.
