Unreasonable pricing

Went to the branch to close my access account, they told me to pay R3 before they can close it and I was cool with that.

I paid in R4 and my account went to R-24, when I ask they tell me that it's a deposit fee.

I deposited R4 and they charge me R20 deposit fee.

Where is sense there standard bank.

I closed off all my accounts and I'll make sure that my family and friends does the same.
