i called the standard bank call center wanting to enquire on my vehicle finance balances because i do not get any statements from them, after waiting for a very long time i finally got to an agent who took my details and did the verification then she put me on hold for about an hour, i mean how long does it take to check someones profile and give the information. i hung up and they do not even bother trying to call you back. honestly the service at standard bank is horrible, the contact center hold time is horrible
