Unprofessional/Pathetic service
I app**** for a loan I was approved money sent confirmation sms came 8th, they said a different bank the lead time is 2-3 days. Today is the 16th I have called in for the past 2 days, yesterday they said "it might come through today let's give it time". Today "we've escalated the matter the manager will contact you before COB today". Tomorrow I have to call again, what is worse they can't say where is the money and the debit date still stands. What is this?!!
