Unprofessionalism at Standard bank mobile

On the 30 July 23, I approached Standard bank mobile for a simswap. Instead of doing a simswap on my daughter's number they did it on my personally number. I was for 2 weeks without connectivity. This could have resulted in *****ulant activities in my bank account, being unreachable for 2 weeks is bizzare, and lastly loss of information that was sent to me in those two weeks when my simcard was wrongly assigned cannot be recovered. A lady by the name of L Xujwa is the culprit. I suspect this was intentional sabotage and Standard bank mobile is unwilling to attend to this matter. They don't respect POPI act and data privacy!!! No customer care whatsoever.
