Unprofessionalism

Yesterday the 5/11/2021. I went to Standard Bank Cresta Mall to make a deposit, upon arrival I was welcomed by a very rude lady, didn’t get her name and then I went on to make my deposit and was assisted by someone by the name of Tiyani Rikhotso. I had explained to him why it is that I am making this deposit in a branch, he then went on to explain that he would get into trouble if he assisted me and so forth. I went out the branch to the ATM and I struggled because I knew what i was told by the guy that I must try, I tried 4/5 times, was then assisted by a lady by the name of Koketso whom also tried with me and she saw that we aren’t winning. I am not happy with the service I received
