Unprofessional, useless
Today I went to the nearest standard bank branch to request a payment history for a certain beneficiary, the dates I made a payment on, they dont match the dates on the standard bank system. Standard bank will embarrass you, now I look like fool who came with **** proof of payments. I have been with standard bank for 21 years. I think is time to say good bye
