UNPROFESSIONAL STANDARD BANK

I have contacted Std Bank on 5 occasions and still hve not received a response. This has to be the worst service or LACK OF Service. I hve repeatedly requested my OTP number to be sent to my email as the cellphone is no longer valid. I cannot add beneficiaries etc nor do normal banking. I was assured that this was not a problem when I originally opened the account and my first 2 numbers came on my email. For whatever reason Std suddenly decided to send to the cell phone. This cellphone is not VALID any more. STD DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THIS SIMPLE THING. I am in a situation where I cannot do banking, cannot get a response and will be forced to close my account if this is not resolved. THE CELLPHONE NUMBER LISTED BELOW IS NOT Valid but I cannot submit unless I put one in.
