Unprofessional consultant - Thulani Moyo
I have had a good working relationship with Standard bank until when one day (30 August 2019) I called the card division. A consultant by the name of Thulani Moyo from the card division was rude and very unprofessional. I even felt like Standard bank is a loan shark and he was threatening me. Thulani Moyo is not solution orientated and should not be working with customers. I suggest that he should rather work at back office. I’m very disappointed with his service
