Unprofessional Business Officials
I have been battling with my business banker for over a month now, last week after numerous complaints, was allocated 1, requested some documents which I immediately sent in view of discussing my banking solutions with his senior, guess what, was given an appointment for tomorrow, after following it up it is cancelled. I am forced to beg, well, this is standard bank for me, will be begging for service from now on.

29 Jun 2022, 11:57 Hi Tshiamo, I have looked at your financials and based on the profits and equity on the balance sheet it is difficult to justify any lending or investment solutions. Hence I suggested on my call to you that we meet so that we can understand your business better. Again, if there is any banking requirements we are able to assist in the absence of Lesley.

The above is what I have just received from my banker's senior, which is not acceptable, she is not saying anything, I have submitted numerous documents and recently Lesley requested my financials which I submitted again, now her response after waiting for over additional week?
