Unprofessional behavior towards customers
There is a lady called Elsie Maluleke who works at Standard Bank Phola Mall, Kwamhlanga.
She is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Here behavior is not professional. I was humiliated.
I would rather go to a KOLONNADE branch than go to Standard Bank Phola mall.
