Unprofessional and *********** Retail Lending department

I am disgusted by their incompetency it's been 3months now they've been calling me and making arrangements with me to take they're loan balamce and close my account but when the day comea rhey don't deduct their money nor call me, come month end they send 50 sms telling me that I owe them. The next thing their unprofessional consultants call me and disturb me at work to drop the phone on me while I am talking to them. I swear should I be blacklisted standard will know me very welll. I have been calling them they transfer me from one department to another it is so irritating and annoying can they stop ****ing me off and do their job please!
