Unprofessional

SHS***<br> <br> I've submitted a claim on Monday with above reference number at 9:10AM. <br> <br> After calling Standard Insurance limited over 15 times since none of the consultants that promise to call me actually CALL BACK! .<br> <br> My vehicle is sitting on bricks since Monday and every time I call STB insurance limited they promise that someone is coming to uplift the vehicle from my property. <br> <br> This is unprofessional and unacceptable as this causing an inconvenience.<br> <br> I have to park my (car hire vehicle) outside due to limited space in the garage since no one is bothered to pick my vehicle. I have just wasted 3 days of car hire which means if my vehicle is not repaired in time that's another inconvenience as I don't have car hire to cover for the shortfall of days. <br> <br> I spoke to a consultant this morning that advised I should get my own tires so that they can tow the vehicle away! PLEASE MAKE ME UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE INSURANCE ??? <br> <br> I've been a loyal STB insurance limited customer, is this how you deal with clients??<br> <br> Please pay me out for my rims so that I CAN GO MYSELF AND BUY TIRES AND RIMS FOR YOU GUYS TO TOW MY VEHICLE AWAY!!!! <br> <br> 0 OUT 10 RATING! <br> <br> Extremely poor service!<br> <br> <br> <br>
