Unpleasant and unprofessional
STANDARD BANK GUGULETHU BRANCH
I had a very horrible experience with their consult OLWETHU THANDO, very rude, asked me questions he should know, asked for account options and he was VERY SARCASTIC after he was on a phone call for a very long time instead of assisting clients and while the bank was packed inside and out.
He was super annoyed and showed no interest in assisting me. Very rude, very unpleasant, disgusting and unprofessional service. I don't even want to go back to the branch because wow.
