Unpaid investments

Good day<br> <br> My mum has invested with standard bank and her investment was due to be paid 2 years ago. She has gone to standard bank Lenasia numerous of times and still no payments have been made. My mum has no job and no place to stay while standard bank refuses to pay her. I will not rest until the matter is solved. She got a letter last year December that she will be paid by the end of December and still nothing has been done. She has since lost all hope while she is poverty stricken and standard bank can make a difference by paying her. She has explored all avenues of getting her point across but all that has not been noted by Standard bank. Standard bank is taking advantage of my mum with the hopes that she will give up. Well I wont give up I will fight her battle for her until she gets what is rightfully hers. I have emailed numerous complain departments and this is my last resort to get my point across. Why should we go to such extremes to be taken serious. Standard Bank pay back my mothers money. <br> <br> Please advise on a way forward<br> <br> Regards<br> Angry customer<br> Sandra Lesenyeho
