Unpaid Fees and Unauthorized Debit Orders

Standard Bank Debit whenever there is money deposited into my account and on top of that, if I do not have enough money in my account they deduct anouter R147 for unpaid fees. I get that unpaid fee atleast 3 to 4 times a month and these are because of them thinking ever payment is my salary or they hungry for some cash. Then there are these debit orders of R86.50 and R99 that I have no idea for what it is, cannot reverse it on the app.

Been trying to phone standard bank cause their limes are crazy long due to Covid and the fact that I work 10 hour shifts a day and work in a workplace where we are not allowed to leave the premesis, but how much airtime do I need cause I never seem to come through to an operator.
