Unpaid debts by standard bank consolidation loan ( Going against the agreement made)

Standard Bank Debt Care Center (Consolidation Loan).

I am so not happy with the service I received from standard bank, they were suppose to pay all my debt and i pay one installment. But they paid few debts and left two debts unpaid from April till now in June. A lady called Lerato Kwapeng was the one working on my case. I was the one always calling to get feedback, My Edgars and FNB Credit card was never paid even now, im behind with two months unpaid. I had debt but i will make sure i pay them, now since Standard bank said they will take over, i have two debt not settled yet they take the full installment. Very poor service and giving my name a bad record. Their number is *** I am so disappointed and angry at the same time.
