Unothourized withdrawal of funds ( ndcawu )

We as the organization Ndcawu complained about the resolution that was taken without other NEC members as quoted in our constitution and asked the above mentioned bank staff to freeze our account until we reach resolution as per our constitution . We concluded our conversation that the account have to be freeze until all current signatories bring the resolution to the bank but to our surprise the funds was authorized with new signatories while we have informed them that the suspension letters and resolution was invalid as per our constitution but as the general secretary David Maluleke was involved in the dispute the bank staff Raymond Maluleke authorize the withdrawal of funds without the current signatories and add new signatories even when we had send may email correspondence to put on hold on the account . The account now it's operating without the treasure and the financial admin as there were unfairly suspended as per our constitution we have informed the portfolio manager about the issue but on the 09 Feb 2015 the funds was authorized on the basis that the bank legal department have advice them to do so which their contact details were not given to us as we asked it .
