Unofficial Banking charges

I enquired about not receiving statements via email of post. I was informed that the email I received was **********. So I was asked if i would like the statements. To my surprize on my statement this month there is a R60 charge. I was not informed about this and if so I would have declined the offer. I would like it reversed asap otherwise I will take my business somewhere else.
