Unnecessary security risks
Does standard bank not understand internet security at all?? In order to respond to the simplest question, I must send the following details over email: Identity number Cell phone number Account number Length of time you have had the account Another account held with Standard Bank Card number Credit card limit Card expiry date
As an engineer who knows how easily standard emails can be intercepted, I will never feel comfortable sending all of this to a stranger in order to answer every little question I might have...
All I'm saying is maybe have a direct messaging service within the secure internet banking platform if you're so adamant to verify me before speaking to me.
