Unnecessary closing of branch

I had to go to a branch because my app told me I had an unresolved issue, the banker asked me to email documents which I did, since Monday no response. When I went back to the branch it was closed while other banks were open & there is no sign of civil unrest in the area. Not everyone can afford private bankers
