Unmatched Client Service

To whom it may concern. Client service isn't something that a lot of financial institutions consistently exhibit nowadays & it's unfortunately. So I was extremely impressed at the commitment, professionalism & class that a gentleman by the name Gulam Nagvadari at the STD Bank Rosebank branch exhibited. When I first walked into the branch to seek credit, I was not confident that I would get it because I know I was a little over exposed, but Gulam form the get go kept a positive outlook & said there might be something that can be done still to assist me. He asked if I had any other income & went out of his way to ensure that I gathered & submit all the necessary documentation to validate the income etc. Long story short, I ended up getting the loan & even though it wasn't the amount I had hoped for, but the experience I had whilst liaising with Gulam was far unmatched. Also to mention that he went as far as giving me his personal mobile just to ensure that I can reach with ease during the application process. His professionalism was utmost impressive at all times, it almost like I was his only client. In order to fast the track the release of my funds upon the loans being granted, he came to branch from the head office after his training just for me to ensure that the release was facilitated. the day after the funds were released, he still check in to ensure they were done. Individuals like Gulam are very rare to find nowadays, because you can immediately see that his commitment to his role is authentic & he posses an innate understanding of client centricity. It is very clear that Gulam doesn't just do this with me as a once off thing, he embodies it consistently. I wish him well for his future with your organisation & that he can be celebrated.
