******** INTEREST BY BANKS.

Last year we got penalised by STANDARD BANK for a skipped payment towards our newly bought house due to them failing to simply send us a debit check which I believe it's highly expected from any banks to comply under consumer rights. They claim to have sent us but when checked with our bank for debit authorization none of such was done by STANDARD BANK but very quick to charge us interest for, how twisted is that who on earth can skip the ****** first payment on his new house to show how manipulative and conning is this STANDARD BANK in particular. They said our unpleasant experience will be dealt with agency that was from last year Nov BUT till today nothing happened and now I'm ****ed off.
