******** Deductions

Standard Bank has deducted money from my account without my consent, this was happened because they staff members do not do what they get paid to do, i have been to 3 different branches to close my cheque account and on all attempts nothing has been done, this has caused interest to accumulate totaling to R10k which I AM NOT LIABLE FOR???? they had deducted R 3 537.56 out my savings account, and that cash is not mine someone has used my account to receive money, i have requested for them to refund the money and they refuse to, i have been dealing with Standard Bank for over 28 years and this is the service they give they clients. The money deducted seems **********, cause there was a balance of 37.56 two days ago and R 3 537.56 was deducted, no statements ever received, no letters received but Standard Bank deducted cash. This is clearly a ********** bank and they staff are encouraging this theft/*****, I have held on for more than 2 hours to speak to 2 consultants at SCC
