******** Deduction

It's that time of the year again and once again Standard Bank has deducted a settlement amount of almost R13000.00 of my account to settle an account that does not exist. Strictly speaking. This particular account has been settled in 2013 already. I have during the co**** of the last 2 weeks, e-mailed the Settlement Letter, received in 2013 to about 10 people at Standard Bank. I find it very difficult to believe that an entity like SB does not know what is going on in its own organization. It boggles the mind should this account still show as active on their books. If so, who knows what else they've gotten wrong. <br> This deduction happens twice a year and then I have an enormous battle to get my money refunded.What more should a person do to stop this from happening? Who should a person actually speak to?<br> I'm now at my wits end as I get pushed from pillar to post.
