******** Debit Order by Standard Bank

Standard bank, a very pathetic bank Ive ever seen. . I have been requesting for my loan settlement balance, they refused to give me via email as I rarely receive Advance loan account statements, and you will not get help even in their call centres. Until i paid the amount of which i thought was the settlement balance on 3rd December 2021.

Come December payday 15th they deducted the whole installment, upon request i was told the debit order was already submitted, they will do a refund, then i had to do a bank reversal because i desperately needed money.

Come January payday 15th the same thing happened, they deducted the whole amount. No one bothers to check how much is the balance , what is happening on the account after several enquiries, you have to see for yourself how do you make a living after debiting your account.

It seems like No one knows how to deal with these old advanced accounts. All I want is to close this account or pay the little that I'm owing, not the whole installment amount that they keep on debiting. Even if you contact the Call center, you speak to 6 people, no one knows about these Old Advanced Loan Accounts. Can someone be trained on how to monitor the debit orders on these old Advanced Accounts and close them?

Reversal of Debit orders is really messing my banking account and affecting my credit scores because of Standard bank negligence.

Why are you debiting my account the amount that I'm not owing you? Can you please update me on the status of my Advanced Loan account I want to close this accounto now.

Can you please sort this issue with immediate effect.
