******** debit by Bluebean on std bank acc

I opened up a Standard bank savings account two weeks ago at Balfour park. I received a credit from SARS into my new account with Standard bank and the very next day Standard bank debited me almost half of the balance in my account. I called the branch who did not answer. I called the contact centre and spoke to two consultants who asked me ten different verification questions each and at the end of 20 minutes each, with either consultant, I was told that they could not help but it was for my credit card. I had made a payment arrangement for my credit card with Std bank and had paid them for the previous two months but they still debited me more than R2000. This money was needed for fuel and for groceries and they ********ly debited me and I want this returned asap because THERE IS ALREADY A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT FOR MY CREDIT CARD. Please help!!!
