******** blocking of my wifes bank account

Good Day<br> <br> Today, 14.03.15, my wife faced an embarrassing situation whereby she could NOT pay for the service she received at a beauty salon. She called me an i had to drive all the way from Tableview to Stellenbosch to pay the bill. We then called the customer service line and it was explained that the account was blocked due to FICA status not being updated.<br> <br> Please explain how an account which has been open for at least 10 years already is suddenly blocked without prior notice? I went onto my wifes online banking account and all her accounts are showing zero balances....who in the hell do you think you are to keep our hard earned savings from us? Is this even lawful? I'm definitely going to seek legal advice on this...<br> <br>
