Last year while not working I requested them to block debits that were being debited in my cheque account. How ever after several attempts I managed to stop the debit orders myself thereafter I went to the bank to close that account the bank representative refused to close it. So until now the account is still not being closed the bank is still charging that account monthly the amount the bank.charged is almost R10000
