Unknown fees destroying credit

I have had a Titanium credit card for some years now but have recently noticed fees being charged by the bank on the card over and above interest and the service fee. A “card fee” of R60, a “Finance Charge” of R155.83, a “Cash Finance Charge” of R169.89. I have no idea what these are for. I also cannot find them on my fees schedule. Why all of these hidden fees Standard Bank? This is incredibly predatory since they go off without any notification.
